Best Essay Helphas specially designed a refund policy to compensate our valued clients in case if they have any problem with their received essays. In case if the client is dissatisfied with his/her received paper, he /she must contact the company’s Customer Support Representative to file written complaint about the matter. Thereafter, the company will be responsible for either:

• Assign the paper to another relevant writer who will revise the work

OR

• Refund the amount to the client
• Best Essay Help must not be held responsible for issues related to minor delays or minor compliance issues in a paper, as these are not enough issues to issue a refund.
• Best Essay Help will return the additional amount if the clients' credit card is charged twice by mistake. The client just needs to come with evidence.

Best Essay Help has set a comprehensive policy to manage contacting and complaining matters. The clauses of our ‘CONTACT AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT POLICY’ are mentioned below:

• In case if there is any disagreement between the client and Best Essay Help, the client will be responsible to first report the matter to us instead of the intermediary from any third party.
• In case if Best Essay Help fails in responding to the client within 14 days, the client has the right to contact any third party for intermediary.


• In case if the client contacts any third party for intermediary without first informing the Best Essay Help, then it will be that act of contract’s violation. The company will take immediate actions to tackle the matter as per its policy.
• We do not guarantee any grade. No refunds shall be issued based on low or fail grade.

Note: Best Essay Help requests our clients to file a formal complaint in the written format together with a copy of original received paper. Clients are requested that they must give their personal information with their refund claims.
